Venex Systems Inc. incorporated in January of 1990, is a computer software developer specializing in business software solutions for Freight Forwarders and Consolidators. In the early 1980's working as sales manager for Circle Freight International and Consolidated Freightways Export /Import division, president and CEO Ed Venegas learned and lived the cargo industry day to day. The development and design of the EZ-Freight software is based on this knowledge and experience.

During the course of now nineteen years providing software solutions and continuous improvements, including the many suggestions from our clients, have helped in making the EZ-Freight products the best selling software in the industry.The first development and release of the EZ-Freight software was under the DOS platform, which was successfully sold to many clients in the Southeast Florida area.

In January 1998 after many months of design and programming, the EZ-Freight software was released in a Windows version to old and new clients alike. The Windows version was an immediate success. With its "What you see is what you get" screens, operators are able to learn the EZ-Freight software in very little time. The operators were able to begin processing transactions even before the instructor or manuals were introduced to the site.

EZ-Freight software is now in it's third generation version, with even more power, features and latest technologies. Released in 2008 EZ-Freight.Net version has been very well received by all of our clients.

The philosophy of making the easiest and yet the most powerful software in the market continues to be the main objective driving the company.
